Thin-film products
(IR cut filter, Bandpass filter, PBS)
We provide optical filters and mirrors for C-MOS, CCD camera, from arrangement of substrates to processing consistently.
Inspection data will be attached.
With provision of your spectral characteristics, we will support simulation of the filter mirror and deposition in the IBS, DS, RFIP, and IAD to accord with the optical properties of your choice.

AR coating
Visible range AR, optical fiber edge AR, AR for plastic
Optical glass has 4~8 % reflection loss on one side in general. Our AR coating uses dielectric film and prevents this loss to achieve a rate of more than 99% transmittance. This reduction of light loss and scattering makes it possible to obtain a sharp image.

ND filter (reflection type, absorption type)
Multilayer film type, chrome type, Inconel type, ND spot filter, density filter, near infrared ND filter, reflective ND filter, absorption type ND filter
ND filters are used to reduce the amount of light, and the transmittance is constant in the visible range.
It is created by two methods: metal film and dielectric multilayer film.

IR cut filter (Absorbent type, reflective type)
(Heat reflective, heat absorbent)
We are increasing production of IR-cut filters compatible with various types of CCD, C-MOS, for mobile phone to compact digital camera and single reflex camera.
Glass substrate with thickness of 0.145t is possible.

Absorbent type
By processing from Ingot, we have achieved the remarkable low cost production.
※AR/IR coating on absorbent glass (colored glass)
Reflective type
Deposited in a large private deposition furnace. Low cost is achieved by our original cutting method and inspection. (vapor deposition)
Polarizing Beam splitter (PBS), (non-polarizing type), half mirror
(PBS, half mirror, non-polarizing beam splitter, unpolarizing beam splitter)
With beam splitter, incident light is divided into transmitted light and reflected light at a predetermined division ratio.
We offer polarizing beam splitters as well as unpolarizing and non-polarizing types.
We will correspond a plate or cubic type depending on the customer’s needs.

Cold mirror
Visible light reflection + IR transmission
Cold mirror is dielectric multilayer mirrors that reflect visible light and transmit heat rays (IR).

Bandpass filter
(Broadband and narrowband interference filter)
An interference filter characteristically extracts light transmitted at a particular wavelength from polychromatic light while blocking (through reflection and/or absorption) the rest of the spectrum.
In recent years, the demand for filters to extract specific wavelengths of light has grown due to the increased use of LED and lasers.
We have the support of the bandpass filter λ=488nm/532nm/650nm/850nm/1,064nm. Other than the wavelengths mentioned, we are also able to offer BPF wavelengths for use in infrared sensors, illuminometer, YAG lasers for medical use and semiconductor laser devices for drawing, femtosecond laser for communication / measurement.

Aluminum high reflective mirror, enhanced mirror
The advantage of metal film mirrors is that the angle of incidence is small compared to the angle dependence; however there are drawbacks such as being vulnerable against scratch.
We are committed to providing highly reflective mirrors and enhanced mirrors coated with a deposited aluminum film by a dielectric multilayer such as titanium oxide and SiO2. The angular dependence is caused by the dielectric multilayer film; however, the coating allows increasing of the reflection of the visible wavelengths up to 99% at the peak.
Various proposals are available depending on the specified wavelength range and use condition.
